No Blaming and No Complaining

Length: 310 Words     Reading Time: 1 Minute + 15 Seconds

My dear Misunderstood,

No blaming, no complaining, and no negativity is one of the wisest practices I can recommend to you for your daily life. I want you to realize how much time most of us spend on blaming others or complaining about life or just being negative. All of such negativity is a waste of time. I hope you can understand that all this negativity requires mental energy that takes away from the thinking and reflecting that is needed to make ourselves stronger, wiser, better, and even richer too.

Each morning when you get up, promise yourself that you will refrain from blaming, complaining, and all negativity for the entire day. Set this goal for yourself for just one day. Remind yourself throughout the day that this day is to be free of all negativity.

Begin with a single day, and once you master that one day, then set a goal to be negativity free for an entire week, then for a whole month.

This practice takes mental concentration and the ability to control your thoughts. It is not an easy practice to master, but the value in doing so is beyond measure. Freeing your life of all negativity will be transformational for you.

Remember this: you are the recipient of a most wonderful gift, the gift of life. You are in charge of mastering and maximizing that life as only you can do. You are unique, and there will never be another person quite like you. You can shape your life however you want by being aware, by thinking wisely, and by acting wisely.

Here is a mantra for your daily life: No blaming and no complaining and no negativity.  Never! Ever!  I offer that challenge to you, and I hope you will embrace it.

With great affection,
